Bill is a highly engaging presenter who connects with our members and helps them successfully address the challenges they face every day in running their practices. His approach is to inspire as well as to share practical tips. Like all lawyers, our members are extremely busy, and they want strong value when they attend educational seminars. Bill has received excellent evaluations from his audiences because he delivers that value. I gained valuable information and several useful techniques for managing my time more effectively from [Bill's] presentation at the annual training conference for the FEMA Office of Chief Counsel. In my role as FEMA Deputy Chief Counsel, I coordinate a large number of tasks in a fast-paced, complex environment. I am confident [Bill's] suggestions and techniques will prove helpful to me and my staff of over 120 who attended the session. I found the presentation to be both practical and engaging.

Bill Jawitz did a terrific Time Management presentation for a group of our lawyers and in-house lawyers from the legal department of a corporate client. The specific information he presented, and the energy of his presentation style, made Bill's presentation both valuable and interesting to our diverse audience.

The Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association was extremely fortunate to have Bill speak at our June 2009 annual meeting on the subject of managing law offices. While at our request he specifically addressed the "Paperless Office" his presentation provided innumerable insights and suggestions regarding the general efficiency and management of firms. I have already incorporated several of his ideas at my firm. Additionally, he was universally felt to be entertaining such that it was a pleasure to be taught basic principles of legal office management. If you ever have the chance to hear him speak don't miss the opportunity!

Bill Jawitz’s Productivity Bootcamp was excellent. It struck the perfect balance between providing practical tools for organizing and prioritizing work on the one hand, and establishing a clear framework for understanding how increased productivity really happens on the other. Bill is a very strong and engaging presenter. His extensive knowledge of what our lawyers face on a day-to-day basis was clearly evident. His use of creative visuals, well-organized materials, and even some magic tricks kept our attorneys totally engaged throughout the entire 90-minute presentation. Both as individuals and in teams, our department of 34 lawyers is beginning to see tangible benefits in improved efficiency. This was well worth the time!

Our firm retained Bill Jawitz initially to speak to our attorneys regarding marketing and relationship building. We were so impressed with his clarity, organization, and presentation that we invited him back to speak to all our attorneys and staff on the importance of teamwork and customer service. Our session was extremely well received by everyone. All of the material was very relevant, entertaining and fun, and got even our meekest employee involved. Reinforcing the concept of teamwork with our staff has made us a more efficient operation and thus more profitable. We plan on having Bill back on a regular basis.

Bill is an energetic and dynamic speaker who intertwines motivation with practical "how to" instruction. His interactive style kept our diverse group of lawyers involved throughout the session and not wanting it to end. Even in our abbreviated session, he aptly demonstrated how almost any lawyer can formulate and carry out a plan for developing more (and better) business with results that would probably look like magic to the uninformed.

Bill was the opening speaker for our association's March 2006 event "The Building Blocks of Starting and Growing Your Own Law Firm." We wanted Bill to set the stage for the rest of the day, and he nailed it! He has a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful small firm, and he communicates that understanding very effectively. Our members were extremely impressed; we look forward to having Bill back at future events.
